Director
Steven has been an integral member of the RA Veitch & Co team for over twenty years. Steven endeavours to provide premium services to each client. He seeks to understand every aspect of his client’s business to realise opportunities and provide practical business solutions.
Steven is deeply committed to his clients and thrives on the success he can help them achieve. He leverages technological solutions to provide clients with access to current information on their business and provide timely advice to enable busy clients to thrive.
In his spare time Steven likes travelling with his young family and playing competitive tennis.
Andrew Veitch CA
Director
Andrew commenced at RA Veitch & Co as a graduate accountant, following in his father’s footsteps. He soon found his passion in helping clients realise their business and financial goals.
Andrew has extensive experience working with various businesses. This experience enables Andrew to provide the best advise and tailor solutions specific to his client’s situation.
Out of work Andrew enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his wife and young children.
Robert Veitch CA
Director
Robert started RA Veitch & Co more than 30 years ago.
Robert is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals so they can have a secure and prosperous future. He has a passion for self-managed superannuation funds and has been accredited by the SMSF Professionals Association of Australia (SPAA)
Robert believes in maintaining the highest standards of honesty and integrity with his clients.
An avid Port supporter, Robert also enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Ben Fleming CPA CTA
Director
Ben has over twenty years professional experience, working in both large mid-tier and small boutique accounting firms.
Ben specialises in providing client-focused accounting, taxation and business services to small to medium businesses in a wide range of industries.
Ben’s approach focuses on delivering excellent client service through strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a personable manner, together with a passion for working with clients to achieve the best outcome.
In his time away from work, Ben enjoys surfing, watching AFL and various other sports and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Kelly Forst CA
Senior Manager, Business & Superannuation Services
Kelly has over 14 years experience working within public practice. She has extensive knowledge of self-managed superannuation funds having worked in the area for 8 years.
Kelly believes that the foundation of the client-accountant relationship stems from understanding and trust and endeavours to build this with each client. She is committed to her clients and providing them with the tools to succeed.
Kelly likes to begin her day with a session in the gym and end the day with a good book.
Laura Gellard CA
Manager, Superannuation Services
Laura has 5 years’ experience within the accounting industry, working in both the small boutique practices and large mid-tier firms. She has extensive knowledge of self-managed superannuation funds as well as a good understanding of accounting and taxation for family groups.
Laura enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog (Rocky) to the beach, playing netball, and cooking delicious food!
Leana De Blasio CA
Senior Accountant
Leana has extensive experience in various tax and accounting areas including high net wealth individuals, self-managed superannuation funds, bookkeeping and Family Groups, including trusts, partnerships and private companies. Her friendly and genuine persona allows her to build valuable client relationships and above all, meet client’s needs.
Leana loves spending time with her young family. She also enjoys shopping with friends and has a passion for cooking.
Christi Chong CPA
Senior Accountant
Christi has over 14 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in providing tax planning and consulting services to individuals and businesses. She is also knowledgeable in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Outside of work, Christi enjoys spending time with her family playing Legos, picnicking in the park, cuddling up for a cozy movie night, and going on road trips.
Daniel Petrovic
Senior Accountant
Daniel has over 8 years of experience in providing accounting and taxation services. During this time, he has dealt with businesses in different industries and assisted them with their financial needs. Daniel strives to build strong relationships with clients & provide them with an understanding of their business’ performance.
Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports and spending time with family and friends.
Helaena Rounis Tolja
Client Services Officer
Helaena has significant experience in customer service and goes the extra mile to meet our client’s needs. She loves talking about her plans and exchanging good banter with her friends at work. On the weekends, you’ll find her spending quality time with her family, taking her Dog (Agapi) out and socialising with her friends.
Helaena prides herself on being a perfectionist and always loves to be on the go.
